Feng Shui, Technology, and Health

Ease The Bad Effects Of Technology Through Feng Shui

Unlike before, we are currently living in a society that embraces technology, pollution, adulteration of food, and stress. We are so used to this kind of living that cancer, degenerative diseases, and restlessness are so commonly accepted.

Using mobile phones and tablets before bed could also affect the quality of sleep, and teenagers are the most affected. Your sleep gets disturbed by text messages, emails, calls, or reminders. Researchers warn against using gadgets with a bright light display for more than an hour before going to bed. It can suppress the body's melatonin.

http://bit.ly/2fs1R1A

About 72 percent of children ages 6 to 17 years old, sleep with at least one electronic device in their bedroom. This resulted to getting less sleep on school nights.

Scientists note that chronically suppressed melatonin has been linked to increased risks of breast, colon, and prostate cancers. These devices have medical, and biological effects to humans. It was introduced to us without even requiring any health studies on their impact.

7 Feng Shui Ways To A Quality Sleep

1.) Say no to technology.

Television, phones, and computer all emit harmful rays that can not only disrupt your sleep but also reduce your Chi or good energy.

2.) Remove books and mirrors.

Mirrors have the same effect as their reflective nature, and can interrupt your sleep. They are considered to be negative feng shui in the bedroom. Books are considered stimulating in nature, and may impact on a good night sleep.

If you can't remove the mirrors from your space, try covering them up before you go to sleep.

3.) Maintain a clutter free space.

Make your bed right after waking up and remove all clutter. A cluttered room can not only contribute to a restless night's sleep but it can also impact on your ability to manifest goals, dreams, and money.

4.) Stay away from sharp edges.

Sharp edges pointing towards you while you sleep are considered to be negative Feng Shui, and can contribute to a bad sleep. This includes unstable artwork over the bed, sharp headboard edges, or having the bed lined up with a sharp corner of a room.

The bed should be located where you are able to easily see the door but not directly in line with it.

5.) Use peaceful colors, textures, and smells.

Choose colors that promotes calmness such as pastel shades. A warm pink color is best for the bedroom as it promotes love, romance, and peace.

Choose rich, soft fabrics, and natural organic sheets.

Essential oils of lavender, sandalwood, or rose can also be calming, and help you go to sleep.

6.) Remove photos, and large plants.

Photos in the room can unconsciously create a feeling of lack of privacy, and can impact on your ability to switch off your mind, and go to sleep.

Having large plants in your bedroom can drain the nurturing energy of the room, and creates an energy of growth rather than relaxation.

7.) Create balance.

Both sides of the bed should have the same pieces of furniture. This stimulates a connection, and bond with your partner, or helps you to attract one.

Having more stuff on one side of the room can make the person sleeping on that side feel burdened, or that they are carrying more weight in their relationship.

Having a good sleep is essential to our health. If you are interested in creating a sleeping haven for you and your family, don't hesitate to visit my website at www.wealthyspaces.com.

Decluttering Your LIfe - the Feng Shui Way!

What is wrong with a drawer of rubbish when no one needs to know it is there or cannot see it?

Well, psychologically you know it represents chaos and confusion yourself especially when you go looking for stuff in there.  Now imagine that in every part of your home or workspace and double the amount of confusion and what it leaves you with is less ability to be clear, concise and even in terms of a vision that too can become cloudy.

We can put to the back of our minds what always requires our attention but sooner or later it catches up with us.  The ability to ignore often means we haven't dealt with that which is right in front of us.

We all have blind spots of course but how many blind spots have you got when it comes to perusing your environment and when you do you realise what the hell is all this STUFF?

The whole economy is based on us needing all of this stuff so that profits are made; nothing wrong with that I guess until the profits in your own life don't quite add to one spoon of beanz but a huge amount of clutter that at some time is going to require a skip.

So have a listen to my interview and realise what you need to do for yourself to shift the energies in and around your home to make space for new things to come into your life.

Should you require a 1 - 1 consultation to get you started or become supported in that process catch me over on www.wealthyspaces.com or www.facebook.com/wealthyspaces

The Feng Shui Way - Cycle of Wealth

The 5 elements can be used in everything you do in your Life whether it is Branding your Business

or looking at the Cycle of Wealth for yourself.  Whilst this system is prominently used in the Art of

Feng Shui and in Acupuncture the same cycle can be used to understanding how the process of your

Wealth can grow.

We start off with the METAL element which is the grey circle and this represents our minds and the

ideas and imagination we create for ourselves.  Everything that is around you has been created by

a mind; we are at the cutting edge of our ideas by how and what we think.

We use idioms in the english language that

relate back to metal; cutting edge, sharp as a pin, cut the atmosphere with a knife and so much more.

When you have the ideas we then float them; we float them by emotionally responding to them and

discussing them with people that are knowledgeable about that subject or have a wisdom for

guidance.  We may float those ideas by taking them into areas of expertise or find something similar

and do it different but either way we float them within ourselves and ruminate and pass them over to

others'.

http://bit.ly/2drOpWh

Once they start to take shape we have the WOOD element to start carving out what is possible; we

might branch off into other areas, we may consider research into those different branches until such

time we find our initial METAL idea has now taken a different shape.

http://bit.ly/2drOpWh

When that idea has started to have some substance we ACTION it through the power of FIRE.  This

element is all about taking action, our ideas have to be grounded by moving them through the FIRE

of drama, the fire of substantiation and taking the plans of the mind and putting them into action.

ACTION alone has to work in the context of the other elements.  When all the action has been done,

it has all been completed we are clearly doing this for some reason or other.  We want results,  We

want something tangible, or something that makes us feel a certain way or gives us some kind of

reward that either excites of allures.  Everyone has their own purposes, rationale for doing what they

are doing but we want some kind of payment or manifestation.

http://bit.ly/2drOpWh

When the idea of the METAL becomes the EARTH we get delight at seeing that idea through to the

end.  In relaxing because something has been accomplished we sit back in honour and it is in that

process of relaxing, letting go that we have our other finest ideas and so the cycle goes again.

Many people are marvelled by the simplicity of such a system and if this is YOU then why not just

on that cycle and realise the power of your own 5 Inner Elements by joining me in the webinar or by

Feng Shui & Geopathic Stress

Your Geopathic Stress Solution

Geopathic stress is a distorted or disrupted electromagnetic field of the Earth (Schumann Resonance / Waves). It is a new term that covers the relationship between earth energies and our well-being. Geo means Earth and Pathic means disease, as well as a cure for disease.

In 1952, a German physicist W.O. Schumann identified 7.83Hz as a frequency of the earth’s magnetic field. 7.83Hz frequency falls within the range of natural human alpha brainwaves which is optimum state for well-being and healing.

Underground streams, sewers, water pipes, electricity, tunnels and underground railways, mineral formations and geological faults distort the natural resonance of the Earth thus creating geopathic stress. Steel pilings, metal fences post and road signs stakes as well as buried gas can also disrupt Schumann Resonace. Certain types of building foundations and structures can be another cause of geopathic stress.

Geopathic stress has been known for a long time. In feng shui, it is also known as claws of the dragon, dragon lines or underground demons. The ancient Romans would test a place by allowing a sheep to graze in the area for a period of time then dissect the sheep to see if their organs were healthy or not.

Signs that a place is affected by geopathic stress are as follows.

1) You still feel tired when you wake up in the morning.
2) You don’t see your home as a sanctuary. You feel uncomfortable in your own place.
3) You or a family member may have serious illness and is unresponsive to treatment.
4) The previous owner of the house suffered from serious disease.

These may sound terrifying to you. However, there are solutions to this problem. Listed below are cures and preventive measures for geopathic stress.

1) Seek the help of a professional dowser to help you identify the problem areas.
2) Rearrange your living space to avoid spending too much time on the area.
3)  Use feng Shui to influence these interacting energies to improve your life.
4) Create a cork barrier. Some people think that oak trees mysteriously developed a natural resistance to geopathic stress.
5) Use crystals for healing and protective qualities. It protects you from geopathic stresses through energy resonance.

If you think you’re suffering from geopathic stress, or you want to protect your family, don’t hesitate to consult me.

Create A Breathable Space With Feng Shui

Air and sunlight are essential to humans for survival. We need to be breathing fresh air and get enough sunlight every day. Unfortunately, this is not happening. We are often confined in poorly ventilated spaces, which is detrimental to our health and overall well being.

Most of the time we live in confined spaces with closed doors and windows. We are stuck with the same air every day. This leads to us having stale air. Oftentimes the lack of sunlight leads to emotional and physical problems. People acquire diseases and suffer depression.

The good news is that having a healthy living space is easy. We just need to do few innovations and be open to change. Here are some tips on how to have a breathable living space.

Be organized.

Clean and organize your things. Get rid of the things that you don’t need. Owning too much stuff causes anxiety. When you get rid of clutter, you get peace of mind.

 http://bit.ly/2bEku0Q

Make way for good ventilation.

Open your doors and windows. Let the fresh air get inside your house and prevent the development of bad air.

Make a green house.

Indoor plants are good for our health. They reduce certain air pollutants, carbon dioxide and airborne dust levels. They also keep the air temperature of your house down.

Use the sunlight.

Sunlight lightens our mood. It brightens our day and prevents us from developing depression.

A home that is clean is a healthy home. It is a space filled with positive energy. If you want to go have a healthy home and a peaceful mind, contact me Cathi Hargaden. Go to www.wealthyspaces.com and together we can create a haven for you and your family.

Feng Shui & Change.......

Another word for Feng Shui is CHANGE!  The process that people just love to have but often scared to enact.  Sometimes Change is forced on us and we have to have a serious mindset shift!  Other times we choose to make that change but 1 thing for sure is our environments will change around us whether we like it or not.

Having just spent a week in Canary Wharf,London there are cranes everywhere!  Men building intricate internal structures painstakingly day by day.  What a craft it is not only to design it but to work as a team and create something from nothing!

Often these structures being built because they are individual developers one has no connection with the other. In the end you end up with a mish mash skyline with no flow for the eye to follow.

There are many hidden wonders along the river Thames and one I discovered is at the Worlds End by Chelsea Embankment.  It is a small garden owned by the council and it acts as a retreat from the world.  There is a small pier that enables you to go out into the River and see the Bridges in all their glory.  It changes the corporate feel of the city to one of Zen zones.

Water running through most major cities in the world are the waterways to affluence.  It is why the Chinese buy apartments only by the water and request only new homes so they don't have to live with the spirits in other people's old homes.

Canary Wharf is home to some of the major businesses in the world housing the Financial District; its plentiful supply of water and glitz as above gleams opulence and potential.

When landscapes start to Change people are expected to change with them whether its transport, pedestrian walkways, eating areas and even what food is offered.

Feng Shui is asking us to change our environments in accordance with the seasons or said differently the 5 elements that lie within and outside of us.  We are changing all the time on a cellular, visual level in fact both subtle and obvious.  Feng Shui assists us in the navigation of that Change.

It helps you align with the seasons, the foods, the colours, the systems that the 5 elements are fundamental to our existence.  Want to know more?
